Service Technician Job - (Panama City, FL)

Position description: Installs, repairs, and maintains voice, data, and IPTV services to residential and small business customers. Performs job ignments consistent within safety, legal, and regulatory qualifications; company standards, culture and business practices. Acts with the highest level of business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? Makes all common types of single line telephone installations; identifies correct pair in pedestals or on terminal blocks; connects aerial and buried drops; properly bonds buried drops and small buried cables; repairs subscriber drops to customer premise; leaves pedestals and aerial splice cases neat and in good repair. ? Locates trouble in a single line telephone installation including efficient and logical determination of the location of the trouble and the replacement or repair of the located fault. ? Picks up color-coded pairs and installs aerial terminal blocks.
