Supports the overall repair operation in procurement, data analysis, process improvement, quality/testing, safety and new product development. Responsibilities Posses full product knowledge within a subset of a product family and ociated processes. Competently performs logical and methodical troubleshooting quickly and accurately with proven skill to perform analytical testing and other test experiments to identify root cause of failures. Orders parts necessary for repairs, reviews kanban stocking levels and makes recommendations for adjusting order quany amounts. Expertise to research and collect specifications on mechanical or electronic components and evaluate compliance of components to specifications. Supports NPI (New Products Engineering) with design for serviceability practices on new products.
