Ideally we are looking for people with Cable and Internet Installation background. Description: Install our wireless two-way voice home alarm system/Video Relay to new customers Provide excellent customer service to our existing customer base as well as training to the end-user on the system Recommend various products based on customer needs Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis and maintain inventory levels Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions Qualifications: Background with cable/internet installation Enthusiasm and self-motivation Strong communication and customer service skills Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
