Group Home istant House Manager/Caregiver - (Pocatello, ID)

Position summary: Rockwell Care Services is looking for a dynamic istant House Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations. This is a full time position (40 hours a week) taking care of a disabled gentleman in a private residence, and helping to overseeing the care and shift coverage in the home. This is a full time position and requires flexibility in work schedule, and required to be on-call. The istant House Manager would have a normal full time shift (40 hours a week) working in the home directly with the individuals. This poion would have the full support of the office staff when it comes to staffing, recruiting, HR issues, and scheduling. The ideal candidate should have strong initiative, excellent issue solving abilities and the ability to be creative, while managing multiple priorities in a busy residence. The successful candidate will be able to maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, staff, and the Office.
