Client Service Technical SupportLocation: Whippany, NJThe role includes the responsibility to permission and administer Barclays Investment Bank's clients and Barclays internal Sales/Traders to trade on BARX? trading platforms across multiple asset classes and support any related client issues. The work involves static data maintenance across proprietary and vendor applications, users, account and product on boarding, support technical issues for BARX? trading platform across asset classes, client certificate maintenance, MIS management, system monitoring and maintenance, handling production issues, project work and internal process document management. It also involves support to external clients using Barclays Live Portal.The role falls under global team works in follow the sun model with a 24/5.5 service. The team in Whippany will support the Americas regions, a team in Radbroke in the UK will support the EMEA region and a team in Singapore will support Asian trading.
