Position description: Halff has an opening for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Water Resources group in the Fort Worth, TX office. Requirements: BS degree in Civil Engineering Masters degree is preferred 0-three years background supporting projects in water resources planning, hydrology and hydraulic modeling, and other engineering tasks preferred. Passed FE exam Skills Desired: Microstation or AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, XP-SWMM.
