Director Community Bank Operations - Administration - (Sioux Falls, SD)

Position summary: Manages the Community Bank Operations in the delivery of consistent, standard products and procedures to ensure data integrity which allows MetaBank to fulfill a service niche with speed, accuracy and a value-added approach. Essential Job Functions: In conjunction with the SVP-Community Bank Operations oversees, plans, implements, and evaluates operational strategies for Community Bank Operations. Directly supervises and provides leadership to the Operations Specialists and Analysts in the Operations Administration department who may be tasked with quality reviews, assigned projects, system/process analysis, mapping, and testing, regulatory change management (effect of change to an operational process and exception remediation) and policy/program/procedure development and updates. Benchmarks best practices and implements a structure that manages risk & controls as it applies to Community Bank Operations bank policies and procedures.
