Senior Manufacturing Engineer - (Manitowoc, WI)

Provide engineering, technical and metal forming ability and knowledge in order to plan, organize, and lead efforts of Manufacturing Engineering programs and projects. These include the establishment of manufacturing processes and related equipment, the development of machinery and associated tools and conducting special studies for process or product improvement while maintaining all safety qualifications.The job mandates the incumbent to have a high-level of mechanical aptitude, technical knowledge MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide total project management, coordination and scheduling from concept (cradle) to production and beyond (grave), including 1st production pilot runs. Extensive evaluation, selection and coordination of implementation plans for new equipment/services and improving the activity of current ones. Suppliers may be associated with any aspect of the business operation.
