Summary:The Maintenance Utility is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair for the location; ensuringthat the location meets local-state- federal laws and regulations; maintaining control over the approvedmaintenance budget; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned bymanagement.
