Maintenance I - (Stacy, MN)

POSITION DETAILS: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible completing inspections and preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting repairs and problem diagnosis of forklift/machine/equipment; providing feedback for longterm machine use and efficiency, making adjustments, conducting inspections, maintaining records and supporting all aspects of the company's safety program. This position will observe confidentiality of all customer, employee and company details and support the core values of the organization. Required functions: * Supports all aspects of the company's safety program and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others. Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff and needed. * Troubleshooting/repair of equipment and fixtures used in the precast concrete industry. * Design and fabrication of tools, jigs, fixtures to improve the safety and efficiency of the operation.
