Director of Member Learning & Education - (Silver Spring, MD)

Collaborative, mission-driven, and strategic leader for all educational programming including live, on-line, and virtual education; creating innovative and quality programming; and implementing agreed-upon best practices. The Director of Member Learning & Education has a critical role in positioning SWANA to meet the needs of current members and customers while also applying emerging adult learning trends to attract new learners. This position is responsible for successfully executing Education goals and strategies of SWANA, building its accreditation status and fulfilling the continuing-ed needs of the industry. Strategic Leadership and Growth of Education Programming Provides strategic leadership that emphasizes continuous improvement, creativity and professionalism in all education programs. Oversees all processes during the planning and execution of SWANA's educational activities.
