Operations Supervisor - Fabrication 2nd Shift - (Minneapolis, MN)

Tennant is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor for the second shift Fabrication Department in the Minneapolis Manufacturing Plant.? As an Operations Supervisor you will supervises moderately skilled to skilled employees and operations.? This role has authority for hiring, termination, discipline and performance decisions. The second shift runs from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday.?Responsibilities: Provide the necessary leadership to manage, coach and direct assigned teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost metrics Manage the team?s performance through evaluations, development, training, and promotions Interview and select new talent Hold team accountable through coaching and discipline. Motivate and reinforce good behavior through timely recognition. Communicate and administer company and department policies, work practices and procedures in an effective manner.
