Contract Recruiter - (Minneapolis, MN)

Jefferson Lines is looking for a Contract Recruiter for a 2-3 mon assignment. Successful applicant will support the continued growth of Jefferson Lines by recruiting Motor Coach Bus Drivers. Position responsibilities * Searches for qualified candidates to create of pool of qualified candidates * Screen applicants * Present applicants to hiring managers * Work and build relationships with hiring managers * Understand company policies and procedures * Attend job fairs * Build relationships with recruiting resources Qualifications: * Previous background recruiting for valid drivers license Drivers a plus * Knowledge of applicant sourcing & tracking systems * 2-5yrs of recruiting background * Knowledge of HR policies and procedures * Must be able to pass a background investigation & drug screen Education: * High-school or equivalent (Required) * Bachelors degree in Business/HR - preferred Jefferson Lines is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
