The Technical Support Specialist interacts with users/customers to respond to product and service inquiries; provide details; technical assistance; and resolve complaints. In addition, the Technical Support Specialist will have social media content responsibilities as well as provide relevant details to client and internal partners to enhance the user background. Responsibilities Respond to customer support ticket requests; provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat or social media Moderate or review social forums and provide outreach to customers needing support Perform advanced troubleshooting; solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues Build and maintain knowledge bases and service templates to enhance customer support background Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with all customers, co-workers, and outside contacts
