Business Intelligence Analyst, Cognos Report Developer - (Charles Town, WV)

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will provide subject matter expert level support as a cognos developer/report writer to develop and analyze a suite of reports for leadership and other end users. This is a cross-functional technical role working in the human resources department and requires superior internal employee service and communication expertise. Working as a representative of the human resources team, this position will also have additional project and administrative duties as assigned. Required functions: Develops cognos reports and content in cognos analytics and builds events in event studio. Responsible for dashboard creation. Compiles documentation of report specifications. Works closely with the human resource details system (HRIS) analysts/ human resources (HR) systems team to provide business intelligence support and assistance with team initiatives. Works with HR and payroll teams to develop and execute complex reports to meet business needs.
