Senior Project Engineer - (Peabody, MA)

What were looking for: Winchester Interconnect has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Engineer. This position is primarily responsible for product design and development with a focus on complex projects requiring multidisciplinary leadership. In addition, provides support to business development functions as well as operations on new and existing products. Position duties: Performs product design/development of new products to meet customer funded programs and new product development projects in accordance with engineering standards, systems, procedures and policies. Specifies designs and documents all materials, components, performance specifications, and work instructions. Performs research to determine product design/development feasibility. Responsibility for assigned projects of high complexity. Ability to resolve issues impacting multiple departments and customers. Develops project plans, objectives, budgets, and resource needs. Reviews project scope and recommends changes as necessary.
