Radar Systems Engineer - (Syracuse, NY)

Position overview : SRC, Inc. is currently seeking radar systems engineers. SRC is currently developing multiple radar systems, including airborne and ground-based systems, for air and ground surveillance, weapon system location and counter-UAS applications Applicant will be responsible for the design, analysis, and testing of advanced radar systems. Responsibilities * Architecture development * Analysis through integration and test * Performing trade studies * Creating requirement and design specifications * Performing modeling and simulation * Supporting customer presentations * Participate in interdisciplinary teams in our Syracuse office * Travel to various test sites in the U.S. Job qualifications : * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, math or physics is required * 3 to 5yrs of relevant background Familiarity with signal processing algorithms, techniques and related technologies * Background with Matlab is a plus * Superior analytical abilities
