Survey CAD Technician - (Walnut Creek, CA)

CAD Technician- Survey AEI Consultants is currently seeking a CAD Technician to join our expanding Survey division. Responsibilities for the CAD Technician will include: Preparing ALTA/Boundary Surveys Preparing legal description calculations for field staff Understanding title commitment and exception documents Operating survey instruments and equipment for a variety of projects such as, topographic, ALTA, boundary, construction, etc. Completing projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner within deadlines and budgets We are seeking a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic individual with the following background, skills and attributes: High-school diploma/GED diploma required; Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus; two years of applicable background required; Proficiency with AutoCAD necessary; Previous background conducting ALTA Surveys required; Current expertise of Microsoft office suite Proficient in Ms excel and able to Integrate Microsoft excel with AutoCAD and/or GIS as needed Strong
