Chief Production Officer - FHA - (Bethesda, MD)

Key responsibilities Drive Producer origination efforts: Work with Group Head to set annual producer origination targets and budget; manage achievement throughout the year. Cultivate details sharing and best practices amongst producers, including facilitating regular department and pipeline meetings. Travel to Company offices across the country to present and hold training sessions on core FHA programs as needed. Assist FHA Group Head in recruiting efforts. Source FHA loan opportunities through direct borrower relationships for producers to pursue (e.g., meeting with key clients, assisting the department with maintaining relationships, identifying new borrowers and negotiating and closing deals). Oversee technology initiatives to enhance production efficiency: Participate in Salesforce steering committee to improve and leverage existing system. Monitor and push Producers sales activities through Salesforce's Borrower Contact reports, lost deal reports, etc.
