Relationship Manager- NBA The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing broker channel relationships with the firm. He or she will build upon the existing platform to onboard those respective scale players. A significant portion of time will be spent nurturing those relationships and ensuring consistent deal flow is delivered through the channel. This applicant should be proficient in financial underwriting, cash flow analysis, and deal structuring for small and large balance portfolio loans in the residential income property space. Required functions Markets and promotes five Arch loan products (short term, intermediate, and hybrid lines) Deploy applicants current book of business for loan creation Activate current five Arch leads on an adhoc strategic basis Qualify and disqualify leads based on initial details gathered Negotiates terms and conditions of loans for qualified leads Submits approved deals/terms to Underwriting Oversee loan process by monitoring status of items needed to close Helps
