Full-Time Travel Financial Services Officer - Birmingham Area Branches - (Birmingham, AL)

Apply Description Primary Job Role: Serve as a liaison between the members and the Credit Union. Provide account details to members, and promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services. Open accounts, resolve, issues, and professionally handle the members within the Credit Union. Functions and Responsibilities: Supports branch member retention and relationship expansion through regular contact with existing and potential members. Utilize member contacts to develop sales leads and cross-sell additional products and services Possess a knowledge and understanding of Avadian's products and services to best meet member's needs. Explain consumer loan programs to members, profile members' needs, and recommend loan options. Request, evaluate, and interpret credit details from Credit Bureau reports to insure compliance with Avadian guidelines and federal regulations. Explain reasons for denials and explore options for members when accounts are denied. Act as a teller when needed.
