Staff Auditor - (Colorado Springs, CO)

Job summary: Assist with the execution and reporting of audit assignments as set forth in the annual audit plan approved by the Supervisory Committee, assist with ongoing monitoring controls, designated projects, and consulting opportunities. This position is focused on learning and applying the internal audit knowledge and controls needed to effectively execute and report auditing activity within the Credit Union. The internal audit program should not only provide reasonable assurance for the prevention and detection of loss in Ent Credit Union, but evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness and efficiency of the systems of internal control within the organization and the quality of ongoing operations. Essential Position qualifications and Responsibilities: Perform audit testing in accordance with detailed audit procedures outlined in approved audit programs.
