Apply Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Tax Analyst is a multi-functional role which acts predominantly as a liaison between the Licensed Tax Professional and an inventory of clients. The Tax Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for the client from time of assignment until the case is closed and will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Responsible for research and details gathering for each client to identify and address tax liability and determine proper course of action. --- Provide regular quality contact with clients throughout case process. --- Facilitate the collection and organization of documentation necessary to prepare tax returns, financial statements, and perform contracted services. --- Verify and process documents including income, assets, credit, and title, for financial review. --- Expertise to meet crucial deadlines as requested.
