Network Design Engineer - (Cary, NC)

What you'll be doing... As a Network Design Engineer at Verizon, you will work directly with enteprise, Fortunte 500 customers as they undergo network transformation. As the primary interface to customers in support of their WAN/LAN enterprise projects, you will create great enterprise customer data network designs. You will be viewed as a SME in corporate network technology, consulting with the customer on best-in-class equipment, industry best practices, and match solid desigin with technical and business needs. This position will require independent thinking and demand full use and application of SD-WAN principles, theories and concepts of routing and switching technologies. You will collaborate together with Verizon and customer operations, project management, and engineering teams to ensure meeting the customer's qualifications.
