Stamford office of an AmLaw firm seeks intellectual property patent agent with 2-4yrs of ?background in patent preparation and prosecution in a law firm or ?technology company. The applicant will be expected to evaluate the patentability of innovations, draft patent applications and responses to office actions, ?perform research and analysis, and provide guidance on a variety of patent ?and IP-related issues. Should preferably have a background in Mechanical Engineering. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Connecticut.
