Director of Finance & Administration - (Raleigh, NC)
The North Carolina Trucking Association, a 400-member statewide association, is seeking a director of finance & administration to lead and manage the accounting, finance, tax, employee benefits, human resources and database. Serves as staff liaison for the Investment Committee and supervisoring staff. Primary Duties and Assignments include: FINANCE Accounts Payable: process vendor bills in Quickbooks (QB) Accounting software Accounts Receivable: Post payments to outstanding invoices and enter deposit. Enter credit card receipts/post deposit in QB. Collections: Manage aging report and collections efforts. Send monthly statements/emails for outstanding receivables. Payroll: submit semi-monthly Taxes: Compile and file year-end 1099s and 1096 Complete Form 990 preparation for CPA firm to file every year File quarterly sales tax File Annual Reports for NCTA and NCTA Foundation Reconcile Bank, Investment and Credit Card accounts Assist President/CEO in managing cash flow
