Maintenance Supervisor - (East Lansing, MI)

Position title- Maintenance Supervisor- Block 36 Position description The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all facilities related operations of the community including managing the timely completion of service requests, executing the preventative maintenance program, maintaining and organizing property level inventory, recruiting and developing the maintenance team and delivering great customer service. Responsibilities Assign and monitor completion of service requests. Utilize service request reports to identify larger property needs. Ensure grounds and curb appeal are maintained to Campus Advantage standards. Identify any life safety or liability concerns. Work with General Manager to develop and present solutions. Maintain and execute property's preventative maintenance plan. Do so in conjunction with conducting quarterly healthy and safety inspections. Develop vendor relationships and monitor quality of vendor's work.
