Building Maintenance, Part Time, Macy's Tempe, AZ - (Tempe, AZ)

Overview : Responsible for performing various skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance and repair tasks including but not limited to carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling, lamping, equipment repair, and fire/life/safety systems; performing other duties as assigned. Critical functions: Perform proper maintenance and repair for the entire facility including but not limited to maintenance and repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling, lamping, and fire/life/safety. Support the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Perform routine scheduled preventive maintenance duties including but not limited to filter changes, lubricating equipment, and equipment readings; perform general maintenance as needed. Perform fire, life, and safety inspections and maintain necessary records; ensure adherence to established work and safety standards as well as related local, state, and federal rules, regulations and laws.
