Construction Cost Estimator, Construction Risk Management Location: Flexible, nationwide Overview: As a Construction Cost Estimator, you will identify the risks that are present within the budgeting of a construction project. In addition, you will mitigate our clients' risk and keep them knowledgeably informed as to a project's construction status. This is an exciting position: no other position will expose you to all the intricacies and stakeholders of the real estate development and delivery process. You will work on various commercial projects such as residential, office, hospitality, retail, and distribution/warehousing. A typical project will initially start with a review of the construction documents (drawings, specifications, construction and design agreements) for completeness and best practices, and analysis of the direct cost budget.
