Community Maintenance Technician - (Westminster, CO)

We are presently seeking Maintenance Technicians and Landscapers for our communities around the Westminster, CO area. As a Maintenance Technician and Landscaper you will perform general grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as basic repairs to homes owned by the community. Min Qualifications: High-school degree or GED required. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Valid operator's license. Expertise to efficiently perform job assignments with minimal supervision. Expertise to lift or to move up to 75 lbs.
