Roving Maintenance Technician (Multifamily Housing) - (Columbus, OH)

Purpose: This position will complete in-unit renovation, exterior building and related remodeling projects within the region, aimed at adding value as well as protecting the assets of Monarchs properties. The renovation process may include installing new appliances, plumbing, light fixtures & lighting, electrical work, carpentry, dry walling, tiling, possible windows & doors when needed and managing third party contractors. Essential Job qualifications and Responsibilities: Evaluate & propose renovations that will maximize return on investment (ROI) Write and present projects, including budgets to management Repair and/or replace appliances when necessary Update lighting, fixtures and switches Remodel kitchens & bathrooms Adding dishwashers, garbage disposals and possible washers & dryers where there once was none Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural maintenance as it relates to curb appeal including trim, gutters and siding Repair, rehab or build from scratch porches
