Logistics Manager - (Springfield, MO)

Position Profile: Responsible for providing management and leadership in warehouse operations, shipping and transportation, and inventory control. Acts as a key member of the operations leadership team. Job Accountabilities and Duties: Warehouse Operations. Develops and executes material moving and management processes and procedures that drive warehousing efficiencies and delivers total customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers. Warehouse space and resources are effectively utilized and material moving processes (picking and staging) are efficiently executed. Out-bound shipments are accurately loaded and shipped on schedule. In-bound shipments are received, accurately added to inventory, and placed in designated warehouse locations. Materials are accurately staged and supplied to meet production schedules and runs. Shipping and Transportation. Develops and executes processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely movement of in-bound and out-bound shipments.
