Chief Major Gift Officer - (Richfield, MN)

Fraser is seeking a Chief Major Gift Officer (CMGO) who will be responsible for planning, leading, soliciting and managing"transformational" (major) gifts to Fraser. The CMGO will also solicit gifts for"cause related" marketing activities from corporations and will plan and oversee major capital campaign activities. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage a portfolio of major gifts, which includes members of the Fraser Operating Board, Fraser Advisory Board, and Advisory Committees. In addition to these members, the CMGO will manage these entities' contacts, the CEO's contacts, and related relationships, corporate and foundation gifts. Identify and act on new major gift"key donor" opportunities including prospect research and direct solicitation. Sustain and cultivate personal relationships with key donors and prospective key donors while growing their giving opportunity.
