Description Who We Are - Telaid, a provider of technology deployment solutions to multi-site companies for more than 35 yrs, seeks a Lead Technician who is looking for an opportunity help grow a Quality Control program. The new program aims to improve the customer background by improving 1st visit resolution and deliverable collection. You're eager to help support a new QC program that will rely increasingly on relationships with business partners, to provide a consistent, outstanding customer background. This includes the expertise to cross train technicians, both internal technicians and business partners, in specific client or product knowledge. A willingness to travel is essential to this role.
