Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - (Redwood City, CA)

Redwood City office of our client seeks commercial litigation associate attorney with 3-5yrs of background. The applicant will be drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation document. Will be managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition. Conducting legal research, analysis and writing. Law offices are based in California, Massachusetts and New York. Area of ability is litigation law. The law practice was formed sixty years ago. One-hundred and 1 veteran attorneys are staffed at the firm. They represent clients throughout the U.S. with a worldwide reach. Practice areas are across-the-board namely appellate, antitrust, business-commercial litigation, class action-complex litigation, international and toxic tort.
