The applicant should have 7+ years of background in general corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Must have $600000 in portables. Background with private placement/Reg D transactions are a plus. This firm has offices in Manhattan, New Jersey, Long Island, Brooklyn, Washington, D.C., and Albany.
