Garden City office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Corporate Transaction Group. The applicant should have 7+ years of background in general corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Must have $600000 in portables. Background with private placement/Reg D transactions are a plus. "This firm is as New York-centric as they come, with East Coast roots almost 150 yrs old. With relatively inexpensive corporate services, including banking, corporate, labor, municipal and trust and estates departments, this firm is quite happy to remain a strong regional firm.
