Hackensack office of our client, a Chambers ranked law firm, is actively seeking associates to join our Corporate Transaction Group. The applicant should have 7+ years of background in general corporate transactional work, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Must have $600000 in portables. Background with private placement/Reg D transactions are a plus.
