The applicant will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents and communicate with other Attorneys, Courts and parties. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients, negotiate settlements. Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and Court. Background appearing in Court proceedings is essential. This Arizona-based law firm is a litigation firm, practicing for more than 40yrs.
