Cybersecurity Litigator - (Washington, DC)

Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks cybersecurity litigator with 6+ years of background. The applicant will advise clients on a wide spectrum of state, federal and international laws and regulations regarding data protection and breach notification. Will assist with incident response plans and details security agreements to meet the needs of companies safeguarding their data. Must preferably have background representing clients in litigation involving cybersecurity, data protection and privacy issues. A book of business of $500,000+ is preferred. This broad-based business law firm has history back over 150 yrs ago and now has eight locations, including Washington D.C. They have over 200 attorneys.Additional Skills: The applicant should have a JD degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials. Good verbal, written, and people skills are essential. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is needed.
