Renewable Energy Recruiter The Sky Climber Renewables organization is seeking a Recruiter to join their team on a permanent basis. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying applicants in renewable energy, assessing skill sets, interviewing, verifying reference details and coordinating all requirement qualification, interview and hiring processes. On a day-to-day basis the Recruiter is responsible for: Networking to identify candidates who are qualified for open qualifications Assessing applicants via interview, testing and references for high volume recruiting Working closely with Managers and Director of Career Services to facilitate hiring process Sourcing at all applicable avenues Evaluates applications and determines fit to screen quickly Screening numerous applicants on a daily basis to meet bulk recruiting goals Conducting interviews Scheduling interviews Presenting applicants for interview and follow up Attend weekly meetings with team Marketing job postings and social media marketing background
