Accounting Manager - (Lancaster, VA)

RKL's client, an award-winning professional services organization in Lancaster County, is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to become an integral part of their team. As the Accounting Manager at this fast-paced organization with a high-performance culture and 30+ employees, you will perform the following core functions: Billing Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Bank Account Reconciliations Additional assignments include, but are not limited to: Maintaining documented systems of accounting processes and procedures Manage preparation of organizational financial documents Aspects of Human Resources at the direction of Executive Leadership Requirements include: 5+ years finance/accounting background, preferably in the professional services industry (public accounting, marketing, legal, medical, etc) Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related position Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Expertise to work well independently
