The Associate Director, R&D Team Lead is responsible for providing project leadership and ability in drug development strategic planning, decision analysis, facilitation, communication, project execution and issue resolution for project teams. Essential Job Functions: Serves as the project leader for a portfolio of R&D projects. Devises project plan at the project initiation phase and sets the strategic direction for the project. Applies strategic thinking to ensure the quality deliverables of the project are achieved on schedule and within budget.
