Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented person for an IT Infrastructure Process Mgr. (Service Mgmt.) position. What You Will Be Doing: You will assist project and technical teams by pulling and analyzing data from the CMDB. You will troubleshoot CMDB data-related issues, identify gaps in CMDB data quality, propose remediation actions and recommend process improvements. You will work with CI owners to identify and understand CI relationships. You will build and maintain Configuration Item (CI) relationships within the CMDB. You will maintain and map application to application dependencies in the CMDB. You will assist in the coordination of CMDB data and integration related projects. You will document functional and technical qualifications for the integration of the CMDB with external systems.
