Construction project coordinator - (Scottsdale, AZ)

Shasta Pools & Spas has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator in our Commercial and Olympic Division. The main purpose of this role will be to allow project managers to spend as much time as required in the field while continuing to maintain the flow of paperwork between the General Contractor and the field. The Project Coordinator will work with 2-3 project managers on multiple projects at the same time. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Authoring and tracking RFI's Change Order Requests, as well as other non-formal dialog with the general contractor/owner's representative; Work with the project management team to update project schedules Periodically act as a liaison between the project manager and field personnel clarifying information on plans and specifications.
