Loc Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Manager to join our Quality department The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining and continually improving an effective quality system to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, delivery and cost and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. If you are interested in a work atmosphere that provides support, encouragement and development then we want you DUTIES -Provide key input into the development of the facilitys strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key metrics to support the business plan goals. -Utilize Key Performance Indicators to effectively track, monitor, and implement required corrective/improvement activities related to business plan, goals, issues, etc.
