Fixed Quality Control Technician - (Tampa, FL)

Overview: While working under limited direction, the Fixed Quality Control Technician is primarily responsible for Inbound Rx clarification, impression/model grading and may be involved in outgoing quality assurance and quality control of fabrication standards. Additionally, the QC Tech is responsible for upholding the quality standards of the company and will ensure overall quality of dental prosthetics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately log and record case info and content into database Maintain average daily standards for production and quality Utilize ability in dental aesthetics to solve complex issues between case design and customer preferences Adhere to workplace standards for case evaluation and impression scoring Continuously assess cases and make determination of appropriate resolution Review prescription details for completeness and legibility. Ensure a clear picture is accurately attached to case record
