Quality Director/ SQF Practitioner SOLUT! is a rapidly growing manufacturer of thermoformed paper packaging products headquartered in Lewis Center, OH. The Quality Director is a key member of our manufacturing management team and has the responsibility for directing, coordinating, planning and organizing all aspects of the SOLUT! Food Safety and Quality systems including SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and other related quality initiatives. The Quality Director will ensure systems meet all SQF food safety qualifications, and are compliant with company, federal, state and local regulations, as well as all customer qualifications. Quality Director assignments include:. Serve as SOLUT! SQF Practitioner. Lead the continued development, implementation and improvement of company quality and food safety programs, including SQF, GMP, HACCP and others. Develop food safety plans and recordkeeping procedures, establish monitoring qualifications, and coordinate internal and external audits as required..
