A large multi-specialty group in the Bismarck area of North Dakota is currently hiring a board certified or board eligible Urologist. This is 1 of the premier groups in central North Dakota. While working Monday-Friday you will share in an excellent call group of 1:4 and there is early potential for partnership. The group is offering a competitive first year salary guarantee, or an RVU bonus salary, whichever is higher. The group covers your health, vision, dental along with a $1,000 contribution to a Health Savings account for each physician. They have a 401k with company match, 2 disability policies, malpractice coverage, CME, and moving expenses. There is even paid sick leave if a physician finds themselves on short term disability.
