Vice President of Finance - WINA - (Greenwood, IN)

POSITION OVERVIEW The Vice President of Finance for Wurth Industry North America (WINA) is responsible for directing the finance strategies, analysis, forecasting, planning, and budget management across the business unit operating companies. This position ensures that financial policies and practices are compliant with corporate and accounting standards, develops and monitors organizational budgets, oversees financial indebtedness, and interacts with corporate officers and committees to ensure sound business practices, details, and reports. In addition, this position supports organizational acquisition initiatives and oversees variable compensation programs, project initiative tracking, allocations, and financial analysis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Direct financial planning across business unit operating companies, providing leadership and guidance for budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures, cost containment and cost reduction, financial modeling, inventory valuation, and indebtedness.
